Zhejiang BEIER Control Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province. The registered capital is 100.6 million yuan. The company currently has more than 240 employees, among whom 57% hold university degrees or above, and 67 technical personnel, accounting for 28% of the total staff.
The company independently innovates, develops, designs and manufactures a full series of high-performance control valves, high-performance butterfly valves, ball valves, etc. Its products have obtained certifications including A1 and A2 Certifications for Special Equipment, TUV SIL3 Certification, TUV API607 / DNV API6FA Fire Safe Certification, EU CE Certification, EN ISO 15848 Low Emission Certification, and more.
The company covers a building area of nearly 90,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 valves. It is equipped with various advanced manufacturing and testing equipment required for control valve production, including 20 sets of horizontal machining centers, gantry and vertical machining centers, and 41 sets of other CNC cutting centers, CNC equipment and full-process testing and inspection equipment for control valve production.
The company adopts an ERP/MES/DBS information-based and digital production management system covering the whole process, serving customers with the most modern production management mode.
